"TEAMWORK IS THE SECRET THAT MAKES COMMON PEOPLE ACHIEVE UNCOMMON RESULTS"

HENRY BLOODWORTH

As a developed British Sailing Team Coach Henry has been working with Youth Sailors for many years now.

THE WOW TRAINING TEAM

While Elena and Giovanna are main training partners, the benefit of teaming up with a wider variety of female windsurfers has always been clear to them.

Hence the WOW Training Team was born. With ever changing female athletes, the training team helps Elena & Giovanna's development and adds new perspective and energy to their training.

TEAM WORK

The coach/athlete relationship is vital to success. Finding the right balance can be tricky.

By surrounding ourselves with professionals we have not only been able to progress on the water but we are able to optimise procedures, innovate in the right areas, and continue to nurture corporate culture which has brought the team even closer together.

The high-performance environment can be stressful. With experience, and time, we learn how to navigate the pitfalls. We recognise that we are not experts at everything, and the importance of hiring people better than you.

We´re reminded everyday to surround ourselves by people who not only empower, but can inspire us to reach new heights.
Thanks to the awesome team who continue to support us.

Teamwork makes the dream work.
